Since having medical emergency insurance is one of the conditions of the super visa, the immigration officer may verify that in fact having medical emergency insurance at the time of entry in Canada.
And if the traveler doesn’t have medical emergency insurance - this could create challenges on entry (i.e. Traveler’s visa status could be changed or could be denied entry for failing to meet the conditions of the visa).
